Your AI future could be in robot racing. Interested? Join today.

“Every Robot Racing team can be an entrepreneurial startup. Student team members can apply a broad spectrum of what they are learning and graduate with demonstrated credentials. Every robot racing team can be a digital clone on the edge.” Mark Fowler Fourmars Cofounder

What will it take to get Moonshots onboard?

How many billionaires can ride in a robot racer?

Salim and Peter in India later this year? Will i Hub Robotics be in the driver’s seat? Leading Indian content creators along for the ride? How many new AI entrepreneurs can this create?

Robot Racing

Can humanoid robots be taught to drive unmodified vehicles by the end of 2026? Let’s find out. By starting “off highway” we avoid a host of problems, plus gain extremely valuable experience for future use of humanoid robots in forest, desert, and agricultural locations which can rapidly change existing market spaces.

Can you imagine helping create these robot racing teams in 2026?

Can you imagine University of Tennessee teaming with Nissan and ABB who together employ 10,000 fellow Tennesseans?

This wonderful image was created by Google Gemini when I edited the text to include the Marshall Space Center logo on the rear fender. Gemini decided on its own to add a second rear axle to accommodate the length of the logo. Very cool, way to go Gemini! I would have never thought of this.

Hyundai is BIG in Alabama and recently purchased Boston Dynamics. UT Space Institute has an office in Huntsville, connect the dots…

Alabamians built 1 millions cars and trucks in 2025. Imagine the University of Alabama teamed with local manufacturers with help from rocket scientists in Huntsville?

In addition to robot racing in Japan, Toyota could sponsor robot racing teams in the 180 countries where they sell pickup trucks.

Nissan can do the same thing! Could save the brand.

How about robot racing in China?

This could be your new robot field support team, once you teach them to ride. Teach one and suddenly all of them know how to do it?

Why robot racing? It could be the fastest, least expensive way to become the best qualified humanoid robots for colonizing our Moon and Mars, starting in 2027, and start making profits when they get there. It could also be the best way to find a job after graduation in the new AI-driven world.

Can you imagine working with new friends creating software and hardware to solve problems like these? Your robots need to think, by themselves, “How deep is this puddle? What are our options? Let’s not get stuck…”

Can you develop the software your robots will use to find solutions by themselves, without you there? And what about the VW ID4? They just ended production and there are lots of people and parts left over..

This part is Rocket Science. but some of you are up for it…

Australia

Robot Racing in Australia’s Forests:

Possible Australian Ford Ranger Super Duty Forest Robot Race team gathering ecodata in realtime during the 320 km (200 mile) race through 147 million hectares of native forest, which represents about 19% of Australia’s land area. Note the Right Hand Drive.

Robot Racing in Australia’s Outback

It’s summer in Australia when it is winter in America’s Appalachian Mountains. Imagine racing 500 kilometers (310 miles) across the Western Australian outback when its 50C (122F) from Rio Tinto’s most advanced mine in Gudai-Darri, to one of 20 world-class beaches in Perth, and at the same time we are robot racing in America, possibly in a snowstorm. Can you imagine how many people worldwide will be watching the races live on the Internet?

Western Australia Outback by Mark Direen. Can your robots navigate 500 km through this terrain by themselves, gathering geological and environmental data at the same time? Whoever gets to Perth first having used the least amount of energy while gathering data along the way wins.

Imagine that is Yagan, the great, great grandson of Yagan leading the Aussie team to victory.

The Chinese are already in Australia. How well will their robots and vehicles do competing in the Pacific Rim?

Robot Drivers’ Ed

How are you going to teach your robots to drive? Once they know how, are they going to teach themselves how to win?

Imagine your robot is not only watching and learning from the human teacher, it is also connected to the vehicle’s computers and constantly monitoring wheel speed, steering wheel position, ABS … it’s a long list that could create robot drivers who are much better than humans.

Or maybe you prefer a Cybertruck?

Race Winners

The goal is everyone who enters or supports robot racing is a winner because you will acquire experience, rapidly add to your knowledge base, increase your AI literacy, and build new relationships that can last a lifetime. We are looking to sponsors and corporate team members to contribute prizes.

Can you imagine your robots driving along this trail in the Coalmont, Tennessee OHV Park, stopping briefly every kilometer to gather forestry and environmental samples before jumping back in to their racers?

Next Robot Steps

Forestry, Mining, Agriculture

Robot Forestry

The new Forestry business model based on AI: use robots and drones to greatly reduce the cost of harvesting timber while improving the environment at the same time.

Robot Mining

Imagine creating First Mover startups leveraging what we learn racing robots with environmental cleanup at hundreds of abandoned mines. Entrepreneurs use new technology to complete the work faster, cheaper, while selling selling recovered materials, metals, and rare earths at the same time. Encouraging and fostering AI literacy throughout the Appalachian Mountains is the magic glue that can make this happen.

Robot Agriculture

Finding good human help on farms has been a problem for years. How soon can we get robots out in the fields?

Go Galactic

The Intergalactic Robot Racing Federation, IGRRF, is just getting started, founded by Mark Fowler, John Stevenson, and Danny Burke. Why limit ourselves to just our solar system when we can race to the stars?

Robot racing on the Moon and Mars? Should be a real money maker.

The 2040? Appalachian Robot Race Team

When will we have the technology to leave our Solar System?
